What we collect when you order, why we need it, and who helps us handle it.

Last updated October 2026. These apply during the beta and may change before full launch.

What we collect

• Your name, email and phone, so we can confirm your order and reach you about it.
• Shipping addresses, when you choose UPS Ground.
• The art files you upload and the layouts you build, so we can print them.
• Your order history.
• Basic technical information, like your IP address, to keep the site secure and stop abuse.

What we don't collect

We never see or store your full card number. Payments go through Stripe, and saved cards are kept by Stripe.

Who helps us

• Stripe processes payments and calculates sales tax.
• WorkOS handles sign-in with Microsoft, Google or email.
• Cloudflare stores your uploaded files.
• Our email provider sends order emails.
• Railway hosts this site and our order system.

They only get what they need to do that job. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

• Order records are kept for our accounting and tax records.
• Resale certificates are kept for 4 years.
• Art files are kept so we can reprint or reorder. Ask us and we'll delete them.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in. Your cart and unsaved gang sheets are stored in your own browser. We don't use advertising cookies.
