Terms of sale

These terms cover orders placed on Patriot Print Fulfillment, run by Patriot Print Fulfillment in Arlington, Texas.

Your order

  • An order is placed when your payment goes through. You'll get a confirmation email with your order number.
  • You're responsible for what's in your files: spelling, layout, colors, size and resolution. We print what you send.
  • You must own or have permission to print every image, logo and design you upload. We can refuse any job we believe infringes someone else's rights or is unlawful.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars. The price at checkout is the price you pay, plus any sales tax and shipping shown before you pay.
  • We calculate every price on our side at checkout. If a price in your browser ever differs, the checkout price is the one that counts, and you see it before you pay.
  • Payment is by card through Stripe. We don't offer invoicing or Net 30 at this time.
  • Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your ship-to address, or our Arlington address for pickups. See Sales tax.

File checks and turnaround

  • We check every file when your order comes in. If a file doesn't pass, we email you and production waits for a fixed file.
  • Ship-by dates are estimates based on the 11 AM Central cutoff and the production time for each product. See Turnaround and shipping.
  • Carrier delays after an order leaves our shop are outside our control.

Changes and cancellations

Call us at (817) 581-2500 as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We can cancel and refund any order that hasn't started printing. Once it's printing, we can't cancel it.

Problems with your order

Check your order when you get it and tell us about any problem within 7 days. If we made a production mistake, we reprint it free. See Reprints for what's covered.

Pickup and shipping

  • Pickup orders are held at our Arlington shop during business hours. We'll email you when it's ready.
  • Shipped orders go UPS Ground to the address you give at checkout. Check it carefully, because we can't always redirect a package once it ships.

This site is in beta. Some features are still on the way and these terms may change before full launch. If anything here is unclear, ask us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
